Woodbine Beach Elopement |Toronto Elopement and Wedding Photographer

On a windy September day in Toronto, I met Taryn, Adam and a few of their close friends at Woodbine Beach. We all met in front of Leuty Lifeguard Sation so that Taryn and Adam could say their vows and sign their wedding papers. The two had always planned to make their marriage official before travelling to Mexico for their wedding, but with covid causing so many limitations this year, their plans were slightly derailed.

Taryn and Adam’s paper signing was so much fun. I loved how intimate and low key it was. Their dogs we also able to attend and were dressed to impress, it was the cutest thing.

Woodbine Beach has some really neat backdrops to offer for engagement shoots and elopements. You can put together a very classic and nautical vibe no problem. We used the Leuty Lifeguard Station as the backdrop for where Taryn and Adam said ‘I do’, I love the symmetry that it created in the photos.

After Taryn and Adam signed their papers, we took a few steps away towards the water to get some photos of just the two of them. I was super drawn to the row of lifeguard boats that sat on the beach near shore, they created a little bit of texture and movement for these photos.

I was so glad that Taryn and Adam were up for climbing the rocks near shore as well. It made for some fun and adventurous photos of the two of them.
